$30 Million Memphis Medical District Investment Fund Aims to Advance High-Impact Mixed-Use, Mixed Income, and Transit-Oriented Projects in the Medical District
Capital fund to be led by a consortium of financial institutions and private foundations in partnership with Pathway Lending and the Memphis Medical District
The Memphis Medical District Investment Fund (MMDIF), administered by Pathway Lending, will support transformational development activity in the District through loans for the rehabilitation and construction of new residential units along with financing for retail and commercial space. Loans will typically range from $500,000 to $3,000,000.
All development sites must be located in the Memphis Medical District as defined by the Memphis Medical District Collaborative.
The following project types are eligible for financing:
• Market rate rental housing
• Affordable rental housing
• Mixed-income housing (25% units designated affordable)
• Mixed use projects
