Our goals are to provide housing to the many rural families in Tennessee who need a decent and affordable home; provide safe drinking water to rural people who may not have access to a clean water supply; retain and create jobs in rural Tennessee so people can work and raise a family where they choose; and provide essential community facilities such as fire departments and needed equipment, medical clinics, child daycare facilities, libraries, etc. to communities. We also provide technical assistance to rural communities in need of assistance in planning for their future.
