This is an externally visible and important staff position. The Coordinator will independently handle member/client projects and the delivery of education related services. This position also works closely with all Business Advisory Services work teams, consultants and other support staff from Pathway Lending.
Primary Responsibilities include:
Serve as a communication and scheduling hub for Business Advisory Services Programs which includes pro-actively coordinating with participants, program sponsors and program mentors. Included in these programs is the coordination of clients, networking events and ongoing program operations. This position is responsible for coordinating mentor meetings and ensuring detailed reporting summaries and tracking is conducted for each member’s activities and progress through the Mentor Program. This person is often the first point of engagement for clients who seek assistance from Pathway’s Business Advisory Services team. The Project Coordinator is responsible for insuring all details for training events are in place. The Project Coordinator is also a member of the Pathway administrative team who may assist with welcoming clients and fielding incoming telephone calls and website inquiries.
Manage member/client inquiries through in-person visits, phone, mail, email and web site regarding service/membership and Business Advisory Services Programming ensuring adherence to standards for providing excellent customer service to members and clients. Maintain updated client records across membership and communication databases (Salesforce, Emma, EDMIS & MemberFindMe), for sales, marketing, and reporting purposes. This includes identifying prospective members/clients, updating member profiles, including address changes, and processing requests from members and non-members.
This position is responsible for the coordination of the Business Advisory Services training calendar including confirmation of presenters, preparation of training material, distribution of marketing materials, maintenance of class host volunteer list, and managing all required documentation, reports and data entry. These activities include training classes held at Pathway Lending, partner locations and virtually.
The Coordinator will be an integral part of Pathway’s mentorship programs which requires meeting facilitation between members and outside mentors or subject matter experts. Attention to detail, time management and discipline in reporting is critical.
Work across organizational teams to enhance member/client support. Continuously improves tools, resources and educational offerings. Handles other special projects on an as-needed basis.

Bachelor’s degree required
Proven record of accomplishment and reputation for developing and maintaining strong relationships.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management or related areas.
Experience with CRM/database management, preferably Salesforce, and social media outreach is a plus.
