Energy Project Financing Options: OverviewIf you’ve read through our Energy Efficiency Loan Program page, you already know that Pathway Lending’s EE Loan program is tough to beat. Thanks to a program partnership with the State of Tennessee and Tennessee Valley Authority, we’re able to offer a great financing program for businesses, nonprofits, and local governments to invest in their Tennessee facilities through energy efficiency and renewable energy projects.

Education is a critical part of the mission of Pathway Lending. We want to be a resource to businesses throughout Tennessee as owners make energy decisions. Through our program, Pathway Lending specifically offers funding through commercial debt.

Although the terms of our Energy Efficiency Loan Program are very favorable to the end user, some organizations may prefer an alternative source of financing. When it comes to financing energy efficiency projects for your business, we want you to be well-informed of the options available.
