New Blog Series: Energy Efficiency Project Financing Options for Businesses, Nonprofits, and Local Governments
If you’ve read through our Energy Efficiency Loan Program page, you already know that Pathway Lending’s EE Loan program is tough to beat. Thanks to a program partnership with the State of Tennessee and Tennessee Valley Authority, we’re able to offer a great financing program for businesses, nonprofits, and local governments to invest in their Tennessee facilities through energy efficiency and renewable energy projects.
Education is a critical part of the mission of Pathway Lending. We want to be a resource to businesses throughout Tennessee as owners make energy decisions. Through our program, Pathway Lending specifically offers funding through commercial debt.
Although the terms of our Energy Efficiency Loan Program are very favorable to the end user, some organizations may prefer an alternative source of financing. When it comes to financing energy efficiency projects for your business, we want you to be well-informed of the options available.
That is why over the next few months, we will post a series of blogs describing a variety of energy efficiency financing solutions with details on the benefits and drawbacks of each.
The energy project funding solutions we will cover include:
- Commercial Loans
- Expense Budget
- Commercial Leasing
- Municipal Leasing
- Energy Performance Contracts
- Energy Service Agreements
- On-Bill Financing
As I mentioned before, we want to be a resource to business owners across the state. Even if you are not interested in an energy efficiency loan from Pathway Lending, please feel free to email or call me if you have questions about financing your next energy efficiency project at your nonprofit, governmental property, or business.
