Pathway Lending welcomes Quentin Lawrence to the team as Vice President of Lending for Chattanooga. He brings over 15 years of financial services and 20 years of non-profit industry experience to this new role. Previously, in the financial services industry, Quentin served as an Assistant Vice President and Branch Manager for Suntrust Bank, now Truist. Prior to joining Pathway Lending, Quentin served as the Deputy Executive Director and Relationship Director for Hope for the Inner City, Inc., a local community and economic development non-profit in Chattanooga, TN. As an entrepreneur, Quentin’s interests are focused on real estate investing in low-to-moderate income communities, with a goal of helping residents to build wealth through homeownership.

A native of Chattanooga, Quentin graduated from Austin Peay State University with a BBA in finance. He also holds an MA in Christian Studies from Dallas Theological Seminary and is currently enrolled in the MS in Industrial and Organizational Psychology program at Austin Peay State University, in anticipation of pursuing a PhD in the field upon completion.
