Pathway Lending hires banking industry veteran and community advocate Ted Fields as Tennessee Regional Director of Lending
Pathway Lending is thrilled to welcome Ted Fields as the newest member of our team. As our Tennessee Regional Director of Lending, Ted is responsible for new loan development and leading the Tennessee team of lenders to bring capital to underserved entrepreneurs and small businesses.
Ted boasts thirty years in the banking industry, having started as a management trainee and eventually rising to executive management. In addition to an illustrious banking career, he brings a deep commitment to community, with leadership positions at nonprofits like United Way, Rotary Club, TN Red Cross, March of Dimes, and the Kingsport Chamber of Commerce.
