Pathway Lending is excited to welcome Katie Hendrix to a new role in Chattanooga, VP of Client and Stakeholder Development. Katie will develop and maintain strategic partnerships in the Chattanooga area and will be working alongside our lending team to support opportunities for area small business owners.

“Providing access to capital to small business owners, along with the opportunity to support them along their entrepreneurial journey, is a passion of mine. I know that by joining the Pathway Lending team, with their mission, as well as the newly launched loan fund in Chattanooga, I will have an even greater opportunity to have an impact with our local small business owners,” says Katie.

Katie, originally from South Alabama, moved to Chattanooga to attend Covenant College. Following graduation with a BA in History, she began her journey in the startup world at Tricycle, Inc., then moved into development at Covenant College. Katie spent time in several other local startups, including Quickcue and Variable, and recruited talent for the Lamp Post Group and managed the Chattanooga Gigabit Community Fund for the Mozilla Foundation. Most recently, as the Chief of Staff for CO.LAB, Katie ran the CO.LAB Capital Network, working alongside entrepreneurs and investors to provide access to capital in the Chattanooga area. Katie is the Vice Chair of the board for a local nonprofit, Downside Up, and the board secretary for the South Broad Redevelopment Group.
